Field Day is a fast casual restaurant created by Good Earth. Sharing its creator’s commitment to all-natural, wholesome, unprocessed ingredients and healthy preparation techniques, Field Day will offer a menu divided into three principal categories: Greens, Sandwiches & Wraps, and Grain Bowls, complemented by proprietary beverages and bakery items – all available in dine-in & take-out.
Cashew chicken salad with lettuce, spinach, cucumber, tomato, avocado, sprouts, hard boild eggs and kalamata olives. Serves 6-8.
Miso glazed natural chicken breast with baby kale and romaine tossed with miso vinaigrette. Topped with ancient grain crumble and hard boiled egg. Serves 6-8.
Baby kale, pumpkin seeds and arugula, with blueberries, apple, beets, chia seeds, toasted quinoa. Tossed with green tea ginger vinaigrette and topped with avocado. Serves 6-8.
Romaine, Arugula, Cucumber, Tomatoes, Red Onion, Red Peppers, Toasted Quinoa, Pepperocini, Feta cheese, Kalamata Olives and Lemon-cilantro Vinaigrette. Serves 6-8.
